Edward Rory McGinnis graduated from Stuyvesant High School and CCNY; and had taught part-time in the N.Y.U. Masters Program for Real Estate Development for 14 years. He leads a small office committed to project excellence and attention to each clients' special needs. He brings over four decades of varied experiences for control over every design, detail, specification, construction contract and job site meeting. The firm's business philosophy is not to do the least work to make the most profit, but to do more than what is expected to achieve repeat business.
