| Edward Rory McGinnis began his career in 1964 and established the firm in 1981. He offers hands on control over each design, detail, specification, construction contract, and job site meeting. He leads an office committed to project excellence and attention to each client's special needs. The firm's business philosophy is not to do the least work in order to make the most profit, but to do more than what is expected to get repeat business. Mr. McGinnis had taught part-time in the N.Y.U. Masters Program for Real Estate Development for 14 years. |
